Why you ask?

On April 19th, 2012 Twitter user @GirlIsThatHim formerly @DidntChokeMyDog and @TatMyNameOnIt posted a photo http://twitpic.com/9h8frj of himself choking his puppy for stealing a bite of his mashed potatoes. It has been 16 days since this photo went public. 16 days that the @ASPCA in Dallas (@spcaoftexas) has allowed this puppy to remain in the hands of this thug. That is approximately 23,040 minutes or 384 hours since the photo was posted - God only knows what has happened to this puppy since, or even before he was photographed dangling by his throat. The SPCA has a duty to intervene and have yet to successfully do so. This makes them an enabler of abuse and are equally guilty for the abuse of this animal. @ASPCA has said that they have no affiliation with the Dallas SPCA and sadly cannot help.His name is Oscar W.Barnes Jr.

April 19th - @TatMyNameOnIt (Oscar W. Barnes Jr. ) posts a picture of himself hanging/choking his dog.

The internet bombards @TatMyNameOnIt with tweets & ASPCA with phone calls for 10 days.

April 29th - @_Inc0gnit0_ finds image, d0xes @TatMyNameOnIt & shares with his friend #Anonymous

April 30th #Anonymous trolls @TatMyNameOnIt relentlessly

May 1st - @TatMyNameOnIt locks his account attempting to evade anonymous and changes name to @DidntChokeMyDog he is found immediately by anonymous who at this point is ROFL-ing at his name change and continues to troll relentlessy. That evening @DidntChokeMyDog announces to twitter that he surrendered dog to @biLLie_jEannn. @biLLie_jEannn is investigated and it is decided she can adequately care for the puppy for the time being.

May 2nd - Twitter makes user name @TatMyNameOnIt available. Anonymous claims the account name and makes parody/awareness account. Oscar, an aspiring rapper known as M.a.Y.n.E, has websites linking to this twitter account. M.a.Y.n.E fans (we highly doubt there are any) will be directed to this twitter. @DidntChokeMyDog again tries and fails to evade anonymous by changing his twitter handle to @GirlIsThatHim. The new anonymous account @TatMyNameOnIt and #DogChoker account @GirlIsThatHim engage in a short conversation in which #DogChoker states he thinks the @TatMyNameOnIt avi is “hilarious” and that anonymous “murdered” his mentions.

May 3rd - Anonymous lazily trolls @GirlIsThatHim and prepares for an intense weekend.

May 4th - Here we are :D

What outcome are we pursuing?

We want the local SPCA to have access to the dog and to vette a permanent home for it.
We want local law enforcement to determine if he should be charged with a crime.
We want him to make a *meaningful* donation to the Humane Society – he boasts of his expensive clothes and expensive cars so a $20 donation won’t do.
And we want a shoe on his head.
